1. Agreement

By using gemstickets.com you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service. We may update these terms; the latest version is always published on this page.

2. The service

Gemstickets is an authorised reseller of admission tickets and guided tours for the Grand Egyptian Museum. We issue electronic tickets with a unique QR code valid for the date and time slot you book.

3. Booking & payment

• All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable VAT.
• Time slots are reserved only after successful payment.
• Maximum 10 tickets per order; group bookings (11+) require a separate request.
• Discounted tickets (Student, Senior) require valid ID at entry.

4. Refunds & changes

• More than 72 hours before visit: full refund, free rescheduling.
• 24–72 hours before visit: 50% refund, one free rescheduling.
• Less than 24 hours: no refund; rescheduling subject to a 10% fee.
• After the visit date: no refund or rescheduling.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Visitor conduct

Visitors must comply with the museum's rules, including security checks, photography restrictions, and dress code. The museum may refuse entry without refund for violations.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, design — is owned by Gemstickets or its licensors and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

7. Liability

Gemstickets is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, museum closures caused by force majeure, or interruptions of third-party services. Our total liability per booking is limited to the amount you paid.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes shall be settled by the competent courts of Cairo.
